Hi! It has been a while - welcome back to the blog!! Ever since I posted last, I re-branded my little corner of the internet to Styled by Esha from Self-Care by Esha! I really feel like this reflects more of my interests and what I hope to make my blog and social media centered around. I've loved fashion for the past for years now, and love sharing about outfits and styling, and am so excited to keep sharing about these things on social. But, self-care is still really important to me, and honestly, a huge part of what encouraged me to even start a blog in the first place. And with fall literally around the corner, I thought I would write a post all about ways to reset for fall. I just love fall because I feel like it's cozy and warm. It's the season that sometimes feels like a warm hug. And of course, the fall fashion and being able to pull out those sweaters, finally! Anyway, for this post, I wanted to share a few ways to self-care this fall and really cherish the small moments of the season. We are all so incredibly busy, but romanticizing life is truly in the little things, and here are a few of my little things I'll be doing this fall to really enjoy the season! Read below, and I hope some of these self-care tips help you take good care of yourself this season.

My Fall Reset Guide: Style, Self-Care & Cozy Routines:
Getting dressed in a feel-good fall outfit every day - Truly, what better feeling is there than putting together a fall outfit that makes us feel our best?! Layered sweaters, jeans, the navies, the browns, the darker colors. I just get so excited thinking about my next fall outfit. Getting dressed is truly one of my most cherished ways to take care of myself. I'm a huge believer that looking good is feeling good. So, remember to get dressed every day this fall in a feel-good outfit because when you look good, you feel amazing and confident, and it's just the best!
Some fall outfit inspiration:
Romanticize your morning coffee routine - Every single night, I look forward to my beloved morning routine. It's the softness and quietness in the mornings paired with making my morning coffee and yogurt bowl, and just sitting in stillness and eating. Oftentimes, we can feel rushed in the mornings. But, I think one of the smallest and easiest ways to romanticize your life a little more this fall is by creating more time for yourself in the morning just to sit down and enjoy that cup of coffee. Even if that means waking up a tad bit earlier, trust me, it will be worth it.
Having a go-to fall playlist to listen to when you're out and about - My number one way to make the mundane a little less mundane is by listening to music at all times of day. Okay, maybe not at all times of day, but when I'm walking to class, or getting groceries, or doing laundry, or something. And what better than a cute fall playlist to embody that fall spirit? I love classic jazz, some charlie brown, TS's Red, of course, Kiss Me by Sixpence None the Richer, just all the fall music things. When the leaves are falling and the air is brisk, and you're outside and walking, listening to those fall songs is truly the best feeling.
Going to a coffee shop (solo or with a friend) - Can you tell I love coffee? Something about going to a coffee shop when it's fall outside, and being cozy, and just sitting inside and enjoying that coffee. Maybe it's a little solo date (I'm honestly trying to get better at this) or going with family or a friend. Yes, it's the cute aesthetic, but there's something that is truly mood-boosting about going to a coffee shop when it's a little chilly outside and enjoying a nice coffee or tea.
Wearing that go-to autumn fragrance - There is no complete fall look without that fragrance. Putting on my perfume in the morning is a lot like putting on my other accessories. It makes me feel complete. And I love changing up my perfume for fall! Lately, I've been loving the Jo Malone English Pear & Freesia Cologne. It's such a beautiful scent for autumn, and it has the perfect balance of a lighter and heavier feel. I think that floral scents works all year long, and I love the femininity of tjem. Honestly, anything Jo Malone is so good!! A bit of an investment, but truly worth it.
Doing your own nails at home while watching a cute fall show - Okay, I actually recently switched from gel nails to regular nail polish. I just really wanted to improve my nail health, and I feel like doing gels long-term can be a little damaging. So, a few days ago, I decided to do my own nails, and it was honestly really fun! I set the vibes by putting on Gossip Girl, creating a little setup, and just painting my nails! And even though they don't necessarily look salon quality, it just felt like an act of self-care. I really reccomened Baby Take a Vow by Opi. It's this beautiful neutral pink, and you can make the pink darker but doing 3 coats. So, maybe try to do your own nails this fall with a cute little setup!
Channeling in your creative energy and making a fall moodboard - For me, I honestly need to keep being creative and channeling my creative energy. It brings me joy, happiness, and is just very de-stressing. I encourage you to find some time to just channel your creative energy this season. We are all creative in some way, even if you don't think you are. I think a great way to get your creative juices flowing is by moodboarding! Putting together some pictures on Pinterest and creating a moodboard, or honestly, other activities like putting together a bouquet, re-arranging home decor, cooking a meal, and trying out a new recipe, etc. There are so many ways you can lean into your creative side this autumn!
Take Little Seasonal Outings - One of my absolute favorite parts of fall is going to the farms! Like, there is nothing better than it being a beautiful fall day, the leaves are orange, red, and brown, and going to the farms for apple cider, apple cider donuts, and spending time with family or friends. Scheduling the little seasonal outings can just bring about so much joy by having something seasonal to look forward to!
And that's it for this week's blog post. Thank you so much for reading, and I hope some of my self-care guides for this fall inspire you to romanticize the season a bit more by doing things that help fill up your cup. Have a beautiful week, and remember to take good care of yourself and your mental health.
Xo,
Esha
